Refund policy
Returns are accepted for 30 days after the purchase date, except in situations where item is denoted as a final sale and refunds/returns not allowed. Items must be returned new and unwashed.You must include your order number. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping costs are not refunded. We do not offer exchanges, rather we will refund your order and you can place another one.Upon return, you will be refunded for the items, less original shipping. Refunds are only processed to the original payment form and are comprised of the original item(s) cost.
Returns are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the return. Once you initiate your return, you may request a return shipping label to place on your return package. $8.00 will be automatically deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping or mail your return back on your own. We do not offer gift returns, gift exchanges, or merchandise credit.

If your package is returned to us, we will notify you upon return by email except for the following reasons: Incorrectly submitted address; Any package returned via postal service for reasons not connected to Wisconsin Screen Print shipping & fulfillmentIf you do not respond within 1 week we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund the amount, less the original shipping.
