Shipping and Handling Policy
DOMESTIC
We ship anywhere in the Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Orders are processed Monday – Friday (by 5pm CST) and shipped in 1-3 Business Days of order placement. Transit time includes weekdays and Saturday only. The time it takes for your order to be delivered depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Shipping times exclude Holidays.
*Please note: During December, orders may take longer to ship due to the Holiday Season. We appreciate your patience.

INTERNATIONAL
We ship anywhere in the world that allows imported packages and products.
Shipments dispatch Monday – Friday (at 5 PM CST) within 5 Business Days* of order placement. All orders placed on Friday will dispatch the following Monday (excluding holidays). Transit time includes weekdays only. The time it takes for your order to be delivered depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Shipping times exclude Holidays.

All international orders are subject to the customs laws of the destination country. Please note that orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties and/or taxes imposed by Customs when the order reaches your country. Payment of all duties and taxes is the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost packages. If your package has not arrived during the suggested delivery time, please check with your local customs office. They can hold packages for 30 days, and if unclaimed by that time it will be returned to the sender. We will not issue a credit or reship any items if they are lost in transit. All shipments originate out of Sussex, WI. Shipping prices are determined by package weight and geographical location from the shipment’s origin.
Wisconsin Screen Print will not be held responsible for any items lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen during transit.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If your package is returned to us, we will notify you upon return by email except for the following reasons:
Packages sent back after sitting unclaimed in customs
Incorrectly submitted address
Any package returned via postal service for reasons not connected to Wisconsin Screen Print shipping & fulfillment
If you do not respond within 1 week we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund the amount, less the original shipping. We will not offer a reshipment or refund unless the package arrives back to our facility.

PAYMENTS
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please do not send cash or check. Sales tax will be applied as appropriate based on shipping address.
If you receive a Gateway Error during checkout, most of the time this is a credit / debit card billing address issue. Please note that the billing address you enter must be the billing address associated with the credit card you are using. If you’re still having problems, please contact our customer service team.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders that have not yet been fulfilled due to pricing errors, or the misuse of coupon codes.
